Overview
Automa is a browser extension for building automation by connecting visual blocks, including form filling, repetitive actions, screenshots, web-data extraction, scheduled execution, and workflow sharing.
Features and best fit
Based on official documentation; not hands-on tested · Content checked:
Turn browser actions into block-based workflows
UI actions, form input, and data extraction can be composed visually and executed in the browser.
Add scheduled execution and marketplace sharing
Automations can be scheduled and workflows can be shared or downloaded through the marketplace.
For repeated web tasks that do not justify a larger RPA platform
It suits recurring admin-console actions, data collection, and form workflows that can be automated from a browser extension.

Separate AGPL code from commercially licensed code
Code outside the top-level business directory is AGPL, while business is licensed under the Automa Commercial License.

Supplemental curator note
Automa makes browser automation approachable without writing all workflow logic as code. Licensing is mixed: code outside the top-level `business` directory is AGPL, while `business` is covered by the Automa Commercial License.
