These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of "OSS Tanbou" (the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. About the Service
The Service is a curation site that introduces open-source software (OSS) projects independently discovered and selected by the operator. Listings reflect the operator's personal views and do not imply any partnership with, or endorsement by, the developers or rights holders of the listed projects.
2. Accuracy of Listed Information
Information about each OSS project (star count, license, description, etc.) is sourced from public APIs such as GitHub and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. Please refer to each repository's official information before relying on it.
3. Account Registration
Some features (watchlist, OSS submission, etc.) require signing in with a GitHub account. You are responsible for managing your GitHub account appropriately.
4. Submitting OSS Projects
You may submit information about a public repository to the operator through the submission form. The operator reviews submissions and decides, at its own discretion, whether to list them. The operator may refuse or remove a listing if the submitted information is false, inaccurate, or infringes the rights of a third party.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law or public order and morals
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Submit or register false information
- Gain unauthorized access to, or otherwise improperly interfere with, the Service's systems
6. Disclaimer
Except in cases of the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
The operator may change these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect once posted on this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
