Supplemental curator note

Cosmos adds Commons Clause and an Anti Tampering Clause to Apache-2.0, restricting sale and SaaS/service use of the software, so it is recorded as `NOASSERTION` rather than standard Apache OSS. Its installation can mount the Docker socket and host filesystem and may use `--privileged`, giving the platform extensive control over the host; that security impact should be part of deployment review.
