Before adoption
Current main targets macOS 14
The current Xcode project sets MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET to 14.0. Compatibility with older macOS versions should be checked against the specific release being installed.

Separate the latest tagged release from main development
The latest non-prerelease GitHub Release is v0.3.6, where the language-server installation menu is described as experimental. Main has newer work after that release, so stable binaries and development state should be evaluated separately.
