About these scores

OSS scale score is an unbounded metric that log-compresses and weights Stars, Watchers, Forks, and Contributors. Discovery score is the current OSS scale score minus the score at discovery. Update pace is commits in the last 30 days, growth momentum is the OSS scale score difference within the recent observation window, and OSS health is a 0–100 rating based on available recency, Community Health, and release data.

Overview

erxes is a self-hosted Experience Operating System built around core modules such as Inbox, Contacts, Products, Segments, Automation, and Documents, with plugins for sales, customer support, operations, content, and more.

Features and best fit

Based on official documentation; not hands-on tested · Content checked:

Use CRM, inbox, and automation as shared core services

Contacts, Inbox, Products, Segments, Automation, and Documents form a common business-data layer across modules.

Add Sales, Operation, Frontline, and other capabilities as plugins

Business domains can be enabled as plugins on top of a GraphQL Federation and Module Federation architecture.

For organizations that want CRM, support, sales, and projects on one self-hosted platform

It fits teams trying to consolidate customer-facing and internal operations instead of splitting them across several SaaS products.

Separate AGPL code, Enterprise plugins, and the SaaS competition restriction

Regular code is AGPLv3, Enterprise plugins under ee are separately licensed, and the LICENSE states that erxes may not be hosted as a SaaS service competing with erxes Inc.

Supplemental curator note

erxes consolidates categories covered by products such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Linear into a large modular platform. Licensing is not simply AGPL: Enterprise plugins under `ee` are separately licensed, and the LICENSE also states that erxes may not be hosted as a competing SaaS service. Deployment models should be reviewed carefully.
