Supplemental curator note

monetr focuses on reserving money for future recurring expenses so users can see what remains for other plans and unplanned spending. Current versions use FSL-1.1-MIT, which restricts competing use and converts each version to MIT after two years, so current code should not be treated as ordinary MIT-licensed OSS.
