Supplemental curator note

Notifuse is feature-rich, but current v40+ releases use Business Source License 1.1. `web_analytics_sdk/` remains AGPL-3.0-or-later and v39.x and earlier remain AGPL, while each v40+ version converts to AGPL four years after publication. Some production capabilities require a license key.
