Separate Community MIT code from EE-licensed code and account for self-host operations
The root LICENSE places Community code under MIT while apps/meteor/ee/ and ee/ use a separate EE License. Production use of EE code requires an appropriate Enterprise subscription or agreement. Self-hosting also transfers database, backup, TLS, monitoring, upgrades, and capacity planning to the operator.
