Overview

A zero-dependency browser video editor whose entire timeline lives in one project.json, giving the UI, AI agents over MCP/REST, and direct file editing the same state model.

Why we discovered this

Rather than bolting an AI API onto an editor, it makes humans and agents edit the same JSON model from the start. SSE refresh and revision-based conflict detection make it an interesting agent-era editing design.
