   Clone Community Edition v3.2.1

   Pin the self-hosting setup to v3.2.1, which includes the published security fix.

   git clone -b v3.2.1 --single-branch https://github.com/plausible/community-edition plausible-ce && cd plausible-ceCopy

   Set a local URL and secret key

   Create the local evaluation environment with a randomly generated SECRET_KEY_BASE.

   Expose the port and start the stack

   Start Plausible CE, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse, then open http://localhost:8000 and create the first user.
